If you are able to help with any aspect of it, that would be really helpful. We need help with collecting equipment from the hut, setting up, running the event (instructing/ taking money), collecting arrows, cleaning equipment in between uses, taking down and returning the equipment to the huts.
The plan for the day is:
9am meet at the huts and load the equipment to take to Hitchin
9:45 meet at Ransom’s Rec, Nightingale Road Hitchin to set up
12 – 4pm Instruct/assist members of the public with archery
4pm onwards take down the equipment and return it to the huts
If you are able to spare some time to assist it would be a huge help for the club. Please email me to let me know which time you would be available (it doesn’t have to be all day), and also if there is a particular role that you would be happiest with.
