DESCRIPTION:If you are able to help with any aspect of it\, that would be r
 eally helpful.  We need help with collecting equipment from the hut\, set
 ting up\, running the event (instructing/ taking money)\, collecting arrow
 s\, cleaning equipment in between uses\, taking down and returning the equ
 ipment to the huts.\n\nThe plan for the day is:\n9am meet at the huts and 
 load the equipment to take to Hitchin\n9:45 meet at Ransom's Rec\, Nightin
 gale Road Hitchin to set up\n12 - 4pm Instruct/assist members of the publi
 c with archery\n4pm onwards take down the equipment and return it to the h
 uts\n\nIf you are able to spare some time to assist it would be a huge hel
 p for the club.  Please email me to let me know which time you would be a
 vailable (it doesn't have to be all day)\, and also if there is a particul
 ar role that you would be happiest with.\nPlease ask if you have any quest
