Winter League 2022/2023

Well shot everyone who submitted their Portsmouth and Frostbite scores in November – that was a strong showing, especially in the Portsmouth.

Portsmouth

Recurve League 2

GDB (2625) vs Stortford B (2531) – GDB won by 94 points. GDB joint 1st out of 7 in League 2.

Barebow League

GDB (985) vs Stortford (481) – GDB won by 504 points. GDB 3rd out of 9 in the League.

Compound League

GDB (1126) vs Rickmansworth (1114) – GDB won by 12 points. GDB 4th out of 9 in the League.

Junior League

GDB (1421) vs Elswood (1390) – GDB won by 31 points. GDB 2nd out of 9 in the League.

Frostbite

Recurve League 2

GDB (1302) vs Howard Bowmen (1319) – GDB lost by 17 points (very close!). GDB 4th out of 5 in League 2.

Barebow League

GDB (507) vs Berkhamstead (510) – GDB lost by 3 points (even closer!). GDB 5th out of 7 in the League.

Compound League

GDB (478) vs Hertford (Did Not Shoot) – GDB won by default. GDB 3rd out of 6 in the League.

Summer League 2022

The summer league is based on the short metric series of rounds. Short metrics are shot at an 80cm face with metric scoring, 3 dozen and 3 dozen at two different distances. The league is in person with both home and away matches.
