DESCRIPTION:Open coaching is for everyone\nWhether you have just come off a
  beginners' course or you have been shooting for years.\n\nDates term 1: F
 ridays: 7 &amp\; 21 October\, 4 &amp\; 18 November\, 2 &amp\; 16 December 
 2022\n\nVenue: Loreto College Gym\, Upper Lattimore Rd\, St Albans\, AL1 3
 NU\n\nCoaching fees:\nAdults - £8 per session or £42 for all 6 sessions\
 nJuniors - £4 per session or £18 for all 6 sessions\n\nPlaces per sessio
 n: 14 (2 archers to a boss)\nAll sessions must be booked in advance.\n\nTh
 e Coaches will mainly be senior\, county or level 2.\n\nOpen coaching sess
 ions were well attended last winter\, and we expect there to be a high dem
 and for places this year.\n\nWhilst you can still come on an ad-hoc basis 
 we would encourage block booking of all sessions (initially available for 
 term 1). You get a discount in price\, but more importantly you will be ta
 ken through a more planned approach to improving your archery\, with the t
 ime in between sessions to practice what you have learned.\n\nThe initial 
 focus will be on technique\, then equipment\, followed in the spring by me
 ntal approach. So\, for example\, at the first session there will be a rev
 iew of each archer's basic technique in order to identify key areas for de
 velopment. Skills and drills will be introduced as these have proven to be
  effective for all archers\, not just those at elite level.\n\nHow to book
